Judeka welcomes you to the wine estate for guided tours of the vineyards and the cellar.

The Winery has been designed with eco-compatible architecture criteria, our goal is respecting the environment and all our choices are aimed at ensuring a low environmental impact and minimum energy consumption.

Photovoltaic panels, natural conditioning system, solar thermal system, system for wastewater treatment and processing are some of the solutions used.

We will accompany you along a fascinating journey between tradition and modernity.

You can enjoy the perfume of our winery, then visit the vineyard in front of the winery, the beating heart of the unique area of the Sicilian DOCG, known for the production of Cerasuolo di Vittoria.

The experience will continue in wooden barrels room, and in the cellar, where the production and transformation processes of the grapes into wine will be explained. Finally, you will enjoy and taste our best selections.

Visits with guided tasting can be made, by reservation, from Monday to Sunday.

Winery and vineyard tours;
Tasting of 4 Judeka Prestige wines;
Tastings of bread with “Tonda Iblea” DOP extra virgin olive oil and dried tomato extract of our production;
Chopping board of cold cuts and local cheeses accompanied by olives and sun-dried tomatoes from Calatina;
Pieces of fried bread with egg.It is possible to carry out the light tasting only from Monday to Friday for lunch or dinner, a minimum of 4 participants is required

Welcome drink with Spumante Judeka “Solitario”;
Winery and vineyard tours;
Tasting of 5 Judeka Prestige wines;
Each bottle of wine is paired with its relative course (5 courses);
First course of typical Sicilian pasta;
Small desserts.

we only use local or home-produced products, the cured meats and cheeses are locally produced, the oil we use is home-produced and most of the vegetables we use come from our garden;

the menu may vary according to seasonal foods;

it is possible to have the tasting every day for lunch or dinner, there is no minimum number of participants.
