Is a wine with a rich and persuasive scent with spicy notes of black pepper and thyme that blend with those of wild berries. On the palate the sensation is tannin, velvety and pleasant. To be accompanied well with savory meats, grilled red meats, bush meat, smoked cheeses and with herbs. To try also with a dish of sea, particularly tasty as the swordfish with rosemary.
This wine can be served at a temperature of 16/18 degrees.
