Our “jewel”, the only example of the extra dry sparkling wine from Zibibbo grapes, warm and cheerful in colour with a rich and persistent effervescence. It has an elegant fragrance of Mediterranean flowers such as orange blossom, jasmine and broom with delicate shades of green sage and mint. The taste is rich and has an enveloping creamy foam property that is elegant and balanced in its flavor.

REFINING After a few months aging on fine lees, It makes the second fermentation in autoclave, once you reach the desired atmosphere, the sparkling wine matures on the lees for at least 60 days.
